Are you ready to strengthen your body, enhance your balance, and relieve painful joints or muscles? At our studio, we offer both yoga and Pilates classes, led by two seasoned professionals with a combined experience of over 70 years in teaching, performing, and understanding the body.
Meet Helen Saunders – Your Dynamic Pilates Instructor
Helen has been teaching Pilates since 2007 and, like Eric, has an extensive background in dance that spans 40 years. Her experience brings a vibrant energy and a keen sense of movement dynamics to her Pilates classes. Known for her fun, flowing approach, Helen's classes are an invigorating combination of core-strengthening exercises, balance work, and full-body integration. She tailors each session to meet individual needs, offering everything from beginner techniques to advanced practices. Helen's classes are all about movement that feels good and works with your body, providing a fresh, balanced way to build strength and improve alignment.
Meet Eric Butler – Your Expert Yoga Instructor
With 14 years of dedicated teaching experience and a background in dance that spans over 35 years, Eric brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every yoga class. His approach to yoga is mindful, therapeutic, and highly personalized. Known for his innovative classes that cleverly combine styles of teaching, Eric specializes in helping clients with back pain, joint issues, and other physical challenges. He blends gentle guidance with in-depth anatomical knowledge to support students in safely reaching new levels of flexibility, strength, and relaxation. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner, Eric's classes provide a safe and welcoming space where each pose is taught with precision, tailored to your needs, and focused on fostering long-term well-being.

Personalized Classes to Suit Your Needs
We offer a range of group and private classes, both in person at our studio and online.
Group classes are a great way to experience the energy of the community, while private sessions provide an opportunity for in-depth guidance that focuses solely on your goals and needs. If you are a group with their own dedicated space, we can also arrange to come out to you, within a certain radius.

Teacher Training
Eric also provides Yoga Teacher Training through Yoga Alliance International, which qualifies the successful student as a certified Yoga Teacher. The diploma is accepted worldwide.

Speaking both English and French, we create an inclusive environment where everyone feels at ease. Our classes are designed to be engaging and rewarding, helping you deepen your practice with confidence.

Pilates classes are currently Tuesday and Wednesday mornings at 9h and Yoga Thursday at 11h (gentle class) and Saturday at 10h (Intermediate class). Classes change a little with the season and client numbers, so best to check with us for the most up-to-date schedule.
